  2. Push a pouch directly into your mouth
  3. Close the lid

How to Load

  1. Flick open the Lid
  2. Unlock the insert and slide it up (pinch and slide tab)
  3. Stack your pouches neatly
  4. Slide the insert down and lock it (pinch and slide tab)
  5. Close the lid
